This Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching, consulting, advisory, and strategy sessions provided by Sublimity Enterprises. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
This policy is designed to ensure fair use of time, maintain scheduling integrity, and provide a clear and consistent experience for all clients.
1. Session Types
Sublimity Enterprises offers the following types of sessions:
- Introductory Consultation (20 minutes) – A complimentary discovery session intended to assess fit and alignment.
- Paid Consulting & Coaching Sessions – Structured, billable sessions for existing clients, delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
2. Booking Confirmation
All sessions must be booked in advance through the official scheduling system.
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- The session has been successfully scheduled, and
- Any required payment (for paid sessions) has been successfully completed.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
3.1 Paid Sessions
This section applies to all paid consulting and coaching sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. Where applicable, a refund or credit may be issued.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The session fee may be forfeited, and rescheduling may not be guaranteed.
No-Shows
A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
- No-shows may result in the full session fee being forfeited.
3.2 Fit & Alignment Session (20 minutes – Complimentary)
This session is a short introductory conversation designed to assess mutual fit and determine whether there is value in working together.
It is not a consulting engagement and does not include delivery of detailed advice, solutions, or implementation work.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The session may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The session may be forfeited.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in loss of future booking priority.
Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling may result in restricted access to future sessions at the discretion of Sublimity Enterprises.
3.3 Communication of Changes
All cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted via the booking platform or official communication channels and are preferably submitted in writing to ensure clarity and proper record keeping.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If a client arrives late:
- The session will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
- If paid, the full session fee applies regardless of time lost due to late arrival.
5. Technical Issues
If a session cannot take place due to technical issues (e.g., connectivity problems or platform interruptions), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session without penalty.
Both parties are expected to ensure appropriate technical setup prior to the session.
6. Payments
Where applicable, payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment for a paid session may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
7. Changes to This Policy
Sublimity Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
